There is a zero-tolerance policy for hatred of any kind, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or ableism. If there is any of this behaviour during your appointment, I will ask you to stop and/or may ask you to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued in these circumstances.

I understand that plans can change, and I aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. However, to ensure that operations run smoothly and I can provide the best service to all of our customers, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

I require 48 hours notice to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a late cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled appointment(s).

Clients who fail to show up to their appointment(s) without giving any prior notification will be marked as a ‘no show’ and will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Clients may be prevented from booking future appointments online after repeated no-shows.
